Local roads were snow covered Sunday morning with finer, wetter snow falling before sunrise. Several counties were under Level 2 emergency guidelines, meaning only essential people should be traveling.

The Miami Valley is seeing about an inch of snow per hour. Dayton and the region could see anywhere from 10-16 inches of snow by the end of the system.
